Top Seeds Clear Their Quarter-Final 1st Round

At the DATCC, all the top seeds (1-3) have won their respective first round quarter-final of the Malaysian Women Masters 2010. Alia Anin Azwa bt Bakri drew with Tan Li Ting in the morning. The top three seeds that won their first round were Nurul Huda Wahiduddin, Fong Mi Yen and Khairunnisa' Wahiduddin.

The preliminary round yesterday had finished quite late due to the armageddon rounds to finalise the final eight players. If scores end in a dead draw after two rounds, the arbiters will institute two rapid rounds and continue until a decision is reached.
